Americade to run Killington Classic

Bill Dutcher, founder and El Jefe of the Americade Rally, posted this message today on Americade's online forum:

"Hey Americaders, here's a News Flash. We wanted to give you all a heads-up on the exciting news before it starts to appear in the press. Americade has agreed to manage the Killington Classic motorcycle rally in VT. It's a long-term arrangement, and we have some ideas to help build this established regional event. If you haven't yet gone to it, here's some brief info. It’s a different event than Americade, not only because it's in the Fall and is way up in the mountains of VT, but also because it's more informal. http://www.killingtonclassic.com/about For 2011 the event will be centralized up at the beautiful Killington Resort. It's the largest ski area in the Eastern US, and is surrounded by winding VT roads and lots of VT foliage. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killington_Ski_Resort It's gorgeous there in mid-September, and we hope some of you can join us for the fun. More details will be appearing by the end of this week on: http://www.killingtonclassic.com and it will be will be constantly updated. A full schedule of events will be posted on May 10th and on-line registration will open June 7th, 2011. If you're on the Americade email list, then you'll automatically get more info by mid-June or sooner."
